About the Founder...

Jeff Pittman has nearly 20 years of experience leading all facets of IT, Agile Dev Ops, ITSM, ESM, Project Management & Product Development...14 yrs of which were underpinned by leveraging Atlassian Software to get the job done.

He was an early adopter of Atlassian's Jira in ~2008 to meet highly complex, fast-moving project demands. Having proven its efficacy to himself and others, he quickly became his organization's "de facto" internal Atlassian expert leading expansion, training & adoptions.

Working on Atlassian-based solutions had become a main-stay at any company, and the most rewarding part of his day-to-day...so, in Jan 2018 he decided to parlay his IT leadership experience officially with his Atlassian acumen into becoming an Accredited Atlassian Technical Professional, full-time. Since then, he thrives on helping companies navigate modernization, optimize operations, and remove waste by applying the software through proven methods and procedures.

Regarded as a highly sought after Atlassian expert wherever he's been planted, Jeff has been at the helm of two implementations that grew into "Atlassian Success Stories", was invited to speak at Atlassian Teams, and most recently his Jira Service Management solution for the Music Publishing Copyrights was honored & mentioned specifically by Atlassian CEO Scott Farquhar in his opening remarks of "Atlassian Teams '21".

Jeff has diverse experience working directly (or as a Platinum Atlassian Solution Partner) for industry use-cases such as: Big Data/Analytics, Insurance, Defense, Energy, Retail, Restaurant, Non-Profit, Healthcare, and most recently the Music Business.

Jeff has also led numerous business-team Atlassian adoptions & digital transformations including Legal, Finance, HR, and is well-traveled in helping any "non-IT" team understand how they can apply the software to modernize their workforce, and improve productivity.
